Come to the ASK solidarity event!
On 19 January last year, the authorities did everything they could to stop and silence us. They didn’t succeed!
“During the proceedings, the offender repeatedly expressed her dissatisfaction with the work of the police. The court believes that the offender committed the offence intentionally, as she knew she was writing ‘19 JANUARY YES’ on the doors of the police station. Directly above the sliding doors there is a sign reading ‘POLICE’. The offender was also aware that writing on doors is prohibited, not only those of the police. The court assesses that a person who dared to write on the entrance doors of the police could also do so on walls or fences; therefore, in order to prevent possible repeat offences, the marker was confiscated. The seized black-and-red alcohol-based marker shall be destroyed once the judgment becomes final.”
We are raising funds to pay the fine and to buy a new marker so we can continue to write, draw, and create — because we feel like it and because we want to. Come to ASK’s anti-repression December benefit, spin the wheel of misfortune, guess what the Offender wanted to write, and ROG around with the comrades oppressed by the state.
P.S.: We thank the court for the verdict in the name of the people. Free Floki!
